Dr. Althea Aqua Glowing Sunscreen SPF50+ PA++++ is a moisturizing sunscreen with an aqua-glow effect. It provides strong protection against UVA and UVB rays, intensely hydrates, and gives the skin a natural radiance without stickiness or greasy shine. Its light, almost watery texture spreads evenly and absorbs quickly.

It contains next-generation photostable chemical UV filters that do not require reapplication for up to 8 hours in urban conditions:

• Uvinul A Plus (Diethylamino Hydroxybenzoyl Hexyl Benzoate) — protects against UVA rays.

• Uvinul T 150 (Ethylhexyl Triazone) — protects against UVB rays.

• Mexoryl XL (Drometrizole Trisiloxane) — oil-soluble filter that protects against both UVA and UVB rays.

• Tinosorb M (Methylene Bis-Benzotriazolyl Tetramethylbutylphenol) — broad-spectrum UVA/UVB filter, absorbs and reflects UV, and prolongs octinoxate efficacy.

Key active ingredients of Dr. Althea Aqua Glowing Sunscreen:

• Niacinamide (Vitamin B3) slows melanin transport to the epidermis, preventing pigmentation, regulates sebum production, reduces shine, and tightens pores.

• Ceramides restore the integrity of the stratum corneum, strengthen the natural barrier, reduce sensitivity to external irritants, and eliminate dryness and flaking.

• Panthenol (Vitamin B5) relieves redness and itching, strengthens the hydro-lipid barrier, prevents moisture loss, and accelerates the recovery of damaged areas.

• Hyaluronic acid reduces flaking and prevents moisture loss at the cellular level.

• Sea grape extract (Caulerpa Lentillifera Extract) — an algae rich in folic acid that revitalizes tired and damaged skin and improves elasticity.
