Essence Toner nourishing toner-essence of the Korean brand Pyunkang Yul with astragalus root extract effectively moisturizes sensitive and tired skin, gives elasticity, and eliminates peeling. As part of the toner, there is no water. Instead, astragalus root is used, thanks to which the product tones, stimulates blood circulation and increases the protective functions of the epidermis. The formula consists of only two key components:
