Payment for goods

  1. All prices on the koreanna.ee e-shop page are in euros and include 22% VAT. Koreanna  reserves the right to change prices.

  2. If the Buyer managed to pay for his order before the seller changed the price, the new price does not apply to this Buyer in this case. Therefore, the Buyer buys the goods at the price that was indicated on the site at the time of placing the order.

  3. The costs of delivery of the goods are borne by the Buyer, the corresponding price information is displayed next to the delivery method.

  4. Delivery fees are charged according to Itella SmartPOST, DPD and Omniva tariffs.

  5. Delivery throughout Estonia is free for orders over €35. Delivery to Latvia and Lithuania is free from 50€. Delivery to Finland is free from 70€.

  6. When paying for the goods, the Buyer has the right to choose the method of payment that suits him. You can pay for your purchase using the services of the following Internet banks: Swedbank, SEB Pank, Luminor Pank, Coop Pank, LHV Bank, Citadele Pank
  7. The contract is considered concluded and we start to fulfill the order immediately after the Buyer pays 100% of the cost of the goods.
  8. A quick and safe way to pay for your purchase is with the help of the Internet bank. After placing an order, the Buyer will be directed to the Internet bank of his choice to make a payment. There you can see the pre-filled payment order, which will indicate the amount to be paid. The buyer confirms the payment and then clicks the “Back to seller” button.
  9. After paying for the order, the Buyer receives an invoice for payment by e-mail.
  10. The order is considered completed after Koreanna passes it to the courier service. Please note that delivery time may vary depending on the work of courier services.

Delivery terms

  1. Koreanna completes the order and passes it on to its logistics partners after the sales contract has entered into force.
  2. Delivery of the goods and the delivery time of goods in stock is a maximum of 5 working days (usually the goods are sent within 1-2 working days). The delivery time begins to be calculated from the moment the order enters into force (see paragraph 1. Terms and Conditions)
  3. Purchases made and paid on working days before 15.00 are sent on the same working day. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be shipped within two business days.
  4. Once your order has been delivered to the parcel machine, you will receive an SMS with an access code. Enter this code into the parcel machine and pick up your order. Within 7 days you can pick up the parcel from the terminal.
  5. If the Buyer wishes to change the agreed place or time of receipt of the goods, he must notify Koreanna immediately prior to dispatch of the goods.
  6. We ship the ordered goods in Estonia via DPD, SmartPOST or Omniva.
  7. In the event that an incorrect or unclearly specified destination address is not found, the Buyer is responsible for the delay of the goods. The accuracy and correctness of the data provided in the order depends on the prevention of delays and misunderstandings in the delivery of goods. Koreanna is not responsible for delays and misunderstandings during the delivery of goods in the event that the delay and misunderstandings arose due to the fact that the Buyer provided inaccurate data when placing an order
  8. We recommend that the Buyer recheck the packaging and quantity of the product. If the packaging or product is damaged in transit, it must be returned and replaced with a new, undamaged product with the packaging intact. Goods damaged during transportation are replaced by the Buyer with a new one if the goods (but not the packaging) are damaged. If it is not possible to replace the goods with a new one, we offer to pay the Buyer the cost of the damaged goods.
  9. The buyer is responsible if he does not pick up the parcel from the post machine on time. Shelf life in post machines 7 days. The parcel is automatically returned to Koreanna. In this case, the Buyer shall reimburse Koreanna for the return costs. The refund to the Buyer’s account takes into account the deduction of the amount of the return of the parcel. Since this case does not qualify for a return.
  10. In the event that the Buyer cannot receive the package on time at the specified time, Koreanna strongly recommends contacting the delivery service. In this case, the Buyer should indicate the details of the recipient.
